Booking Costs, Payment Options & Conditions Of Hire

Our professional DJs will give your function the boost it needs for a great nights entertainment. Our aim is to provide you with outstanding service and exceptional value for money. We are one of the longest running businesses in Canberra.

Disco/Party Hire

• 4 hours* $550.00 then $100.00 per hour thereafter – Venue and longer booking rates can be negotiated.
  This includes;
  • 1 x DJ
  • 2 x DJ Decks
  • 1 x Mixer
  • 2 x Speakers
  • 2 x Speaker Stands
  • 1 x sound activated Disco Light your choice of either coloured lights, strobe light or laser light.
  • A Smoke Machine can be added as an optional extra for $50.00
• DJ tracks are always being updated and include the latest hits!

* The 4 Hour booking is the minimum hire fee however you can still opt for less than 4 hours if you prefer, however the fee will still be for 4 hours.

Wedding Hire

• 5 Hours* $750 then $100.00 per hour thereafter, this includes;
  • 1 x DJ
  • 2 x DJ Decks
  • 1 x Mixer (optional supplied)
  • 2 x Speakers
  • 2 x Speaker Stands
  • 1 x sound activated Disco Light your choice of either coloured lights, strobe light or laser light.
  • 1 x meeting with your DJ; and
  • Update emails as required.
• Optional MC $50 – (Note this is Minimal MC Work Only)
• Optional early Set up add $50 (More than 1 hour prior to the booking)
• The extra cost of a Wedding Booking reflects the extra time needed in meetings and emails with bride and groom, music preparation and sourcing of music. It also includes liaising with your MC and Event Manager, all this takes time, weddings usually incur 3 to 4 hours of additional work even before the first track is played, this prior preparation time could be as much as 5 hours, in extreme cases this has sometimes stretched out to 10 additional hours of work before the day hence the differences in the cost.

* The 5 hour booking is generally the minimum hire fee however you can ask for less time, and if agreed we’ll negotiate the cost.

Karaoke Hire

• 4 Hours* $600 then $100.00 per hour thereafter, this includes;
  • 1 x KJ
  • 1 x Mixer
  • 2 x Microphones
  • 2 x Speakers
  • 2 x Speaker Stands
  • 1 x sound activated Disco Light your choice of either coloured lights, strobe light or laser light.

Additional Information

Please Note: If the setup is required more than 1 hour before the booking then add $65.00.

PRICES QUOTED EXCLUDE;

• EASTER LONG WEEKEND 10% extra,
• CHRISTMAS EVE/DAY 100% extra, and
• NEW YEAR’S EVE/DAY 100% extra.
  

Travel

Yes, we will travel outside the Coffs Harbour Region!

For example travel within 1 hour from Coffs Harbour would not incur any additional costs.  Beyond 1 hour the following charges maybe applicable each way.

• $65.00 per hour or part there of, after traveling over one hour (from Coffs Harbour NSW). This is applicable each way – i.e. a trip of 60 minutes each way would incur a charge of $130.00 dollars, $65.00 x 2 hours;
• If the booking is going to finish after 12am and the return trip is greater than 2 hrs then accommodation and meals may also be sort.

*Long distance travel may include two people.

• Alternatively you can pay by all major Credit Cards, including AMEX, VISA & Master Card via Pay Pal over the internet.

Credit Card – Via PayPal Only

We accept all major Credit Cards*, payment by Credit Card incurs a service fee of 2.7%;

*Credit Card payments can ONLY be accepted via the internet.
If paying by Credit card please don’t forget that this will incur an addition 2.7% service charge (billed by PayPal) this amount has been included into the payment options below.

Don’t forget to send us an email telling us you have made a payment, we will then confirm your payment via return email.

You must call to confirm your booking date prior to making any payment.

For odd amounts please use the last drop down box and multiply the dollar amount by the correct charge then proceed to check out.

• Early setup more than 1 hour before the booking $50.00.
• Travel $50.00 per hour for example 1.5 hours to your door and 1.5 hours back equals 3 hours of traveling time or $150.00 extra.
• 1 or 2 x Pro Audio 400 watt Sub woofer speakers plus leads (Not used if there are sound restrictions) add $50.00 per speaker,
• Additional speakers either JBL, Sound King, Quest or Pro Audio including stands $50.00 each
• Additional power Amp $50.00 either 500 watt phonic or Crown 602
• Cross over for Sub Woofers $25.00,
• Cordless Microphones add $50.00 each (If used during a gig booking only),
• Smoke machine and up to 1 litre of fluid add $50.00
• Full stage lighting includes 2 x stands & t-bars, 8 x PA 56 lights (300 watts per light) + gels add $100.00
• Single stand & t-bar, 4 x PA 56’s plus gels add $50.00,
• Laser Light add $25.00,
• Light chaser for up to 8 x Par 56 lights add $25.00,
• Flame Effect Mood Light add $25.00,
• Storm Bird sound activated add $25.00,
• Derby Triple sound activated add $25.00,
• Boogie Disco light sound activated add $25.00,
• 30cm Mirror Ball & Spotlight add $25.00,
• 1500 Watt Strobe Light add $50.00,
• 75 watt Strobe light add $25.00,
• 20 watt Strobe light add $10.00,
• Single PA 56 plus gel add $10.00 or
• Blue disco light add $5.00.

WARNING – please advise your guests if you are planning on hiring a strobe light or smoke machine as these items do affect some people.
